How it works

1	Booking	After our office receives your booking request we will ensure the appropriate product is ready for delivery. We recommend that you make your booking at least 48 hours before it is required.
2	Delivery	On your requested delivery day we will send one of our experienced drivers to the address you provided when booking the bin. The driver will deliver the bin and collect the payment for the bin.
3	Period of hire	The bin may remain at your address for a period of up to seven days. Extended rental periods are available, additional charges apply.
4	Service Request	After your rental period has expired we will automatically collect the bin from your address however, if you would like the bin removed before this time you can contact our office to make these arrangements.
5	Collection	On your requested collection day we will send one of our experienced drivers to the address you provided when booking the bin and collect the bin.
6	Disposal	After collection, the bin will be taken to the local landfill and disposed.
